No, We only deliver in Kenya, Nairobi County, Kiambu County and environments.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Order?
All orders are delivered the next day after placement. Example" I place an order on Monday, It will be delivered on Tuesday.

How Do I make payments using M-PESA Till Number?
1. Go to M-PESA 2. Select Lipa na M-PESA 3. Select Buy Goods and Services 4. Enter Till Number: 544656 5. Enter your order Total Amount: Deposit /Full Payment 6. Enter Your M-PESA PIN. 7. Enter the M-PESA transaction code you received in the “M-PESA Transaction Code” Field and Place your order.
Why Should I pay deposit or Full Amount?
Some customers fail to receive our calls/switch off their phones after we process and deliver their Pay on Delivery orders. We came up with deposit or full amount payment. Your order will not be processed until we receive your Deposit or Full Payment.
Do You refund payments?
We give refunds on this scenarios; a.) You have paid but we cant deliver to your region;full refund. b.) You have Paid, you cancel your order and we have not processed nor delivered your order; Full refund. c.) You have paid, we have processed and delivered your order but you return SOME products, balance will be refunded. d.) You have paid, we have processed and delivered your order. You return ALL the products, ONLY delivery fee will be deducted, the rest of the money will be refunded.

How do I place an Order?
Download our app from play store"Anstar Grocery" or Using our webstie: https://shop.anstargrocery.co.ke. Register Add the products you wish to buy to cart, then check out. During check out, Select your preferable delivery date and time, enter your billing address details. You can enter special notes for your order in the notes field. Choose to pay deposit or full amount. In the M-PESA Transaction field enter code you recive from M-PESA after making your payment. Then click on the green button "Place order".
What is the minimum order amount?
Our minimum order is Ksh 1500.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Login in to your account, under Orders section open the order you wish to cancel. Then tap on cancel order. We will receive your cancellation request, if your order has no issues, we will accept the request. If you wish to change your order please contact us: 0722 290 368
Do I need an account to place an order?
You must register for an account for you to place orders.
How Do I Track My Order?
Login to your mobile App, Go to My Account Section , Tap on Orders, You will see all your orders listed. Tap on Track in the order you want to track.
Can I Return a Product?
You can return a product if; its not fresh or not the one you intended to buy.
